Account Executive

Drive platform adoption and build high-value client relationships across the nonprofit sector and enterprise markets. We're looking for a relationship-first sales professional with a proven SaaS track record.

About This Role

Trustmarq is looking for a sophisticated, relationship-driven sales professional to accelerate platform adoption and generate high-value revenue streams. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role with uncapped earning potential.

You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle — from strategic lead generation through close and post-sale relationship management. This is not a business development role. We want closers who also build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sell the Trustmarq platform to nonprofit organizations and enterprise clients across the United States and Canada
Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects via LinkedIn, targeted email campaigns, and outbound calls
Establish deep-standing relationships with prospects to understand their specific business models and pain points
Deliver highly customized platform demonstrations — independently or with team support — that speak directly to each customer's challenges
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle and track progress using the company CRM system with rigorous follow-up on all open leads
Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales quotas and revenue targets through acquisition of new accounts
Maintain active communication with new customers during the first several months to ensure smooth adoption and identify upsell opportunities
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to optimize sales strategies and articulate Trustmarq's competitive edge

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable success selling subscription-based online platforms (SaaS) — no exceptions
Outgoing, positive mindset with a genuine passion for selling; active listener who is patient, polite, and persuasive
Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal) with ability to conduct professional presentations to diverse stakeholders
Proven experience in social media outreach and lead generation across LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Must be able to support accounts across all four US time zones with flexible hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM US local time)
Ideally US-based; open to qualified candidates from anywhere with the right qualifications
